The Montana Chiropractic Association (MCA) is the leading professional organization representing chiropractors throughout Montana. Established in 1918, the Association’s mission is to promote and advance the quality of chiropractic care through professional excellence, continuing education, advocacy, and public awareness.
Montana is home to more than 300 licensed chiropractors serving communities across both urban and rural areas of the state. The MCA is dedicated to supporting chiropractors in practicing to the full scope of their licensure while protecting the rights and privileges expressly granted under Montana law. Through legislative advocacy, professional development, and member support, the Association works to ensure that chiropractic physicians can thrive and continue providing high-quality, patient-centered care to the people of Montana.
