Ask Audrey

“ASK AUDREY”.  MCA has contracted with Rocky Mountain Health Network (RMHN) for members to submit questions that pertain to issues such as covered services, claims processing, and network participation for commercial insurances, and Montana Medicaid.  RMHN’s services through this member benefit is limited to answering your questions; it does not include working claims.

The new RMHN service is an additional new benefit and does not replace “Ask and Billing and Coding Expert – Susan McClelland” – who answers your questions regarding Medicare and other regular or national insurers – but not small, local carriers and Montana Medicaid.  Both services will now be available to you.

To submit a question to “Ask Audrey” at RMHN follow the below three step process:

  1. Questions must be submitted directly to RMHN via email:  [email protected]    MCA membership will be verified and your questions will be promptly answered.  RMHN will provide a copy of the question and answer to both you and the MCA. The information will be emailed to MCA members and will also be posted in the “members only” section on the website: www.mtchiro.orgto enable sharing the benefits of the information. Do not include your patient’s name in your inquiries. In addition, your personal information, name, practice, etc. will not be included in the information sent to the general membership or posted on the website.
  2. Telephone calls or faxed inquiries are not permitted; email only.
  3. Be sure to include your name on the inquiry and confirm you are a member of the MCA.
